အသုံးပြုနည်း၊ Settings၊ Backup/Restore အတွက် တစ်နှစ် ၆ ကြိမ်။ ပြဿနာတစ်ခုကို ဆက်တိုက်ဆွေးနွေးဖြေရှင်းခြင်းသည် တစ်ကြိမ်သာ ဖြစ်သည်။ မသုံးသော အကြိမ်များကို နောက်နှစ်သို့ မလွှဲနိုင်ပါ။ ၆ ကြိမ်ပြည့်ပါက AMC သက်တမ်းအတွင်း တစ်ကြိမ် ၁၀,၀၀၀ ကျပ်။ အခမဲ့ကာလကုန်ပြီး AMC မရှိသူအတွက် တစ်ကြိမ် ၁၅,၀၀၀ ကျပ်။

Backup နှင့် ဒေတာ
နေ့စဉ် Backup ယူပြီး မူလစက်ပြင်ပတွင် မိတ္တူသိမ်းရန် ဝယ်ယူသူ၏ တာဝန်ဖြစ်သည်။ Backup/Restore နည်းကို သင်ကြားပေးမည်။ စက်ပျက်ခြင်း၊ ဗိုင်းရပ်စ်၊ Browser/App ဒေတာဖျက်ခြင်း၊ Backup မရှိခြင်းတို့ကြောင့် ဆုံးရှုံးသော ဒေတာကို ပြန်ရမည်ဟု အာမမခံနိုင်ပါ။ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော Backup ရှိပါက Restore ကူညီပေးမည်။
English — Read support terms
Price and license
Regular one-time price: 200,000 MMK for one license on one device. The first 10 buyers receive 50% off and pay 100,000 MMK. A buyer who paid the regular 200,000 MMK price receives a one-time 50,000 MMK discount on their second purchase (150,000 MMK).
Included support
Bug fixes: six months from purchase. Unlimited online usage assistance: first three months. Up to three minor UI or report-format changes in the first year from purchase, with scope agreed beforehand. New features, modules and website integrations are quoted separately.
Optional AMC
60,000 MMK for 12 months from the agreed AMC start date, covering one license and one device. AMC is optional; declining or not renewing it does not remove the right to keep using the purchased POS.
AMC online assistance
Six incidents for usage, Settings and Backup/Restore. Continuing discussion of the same issue counts as one incident. Unused incidents do not carry forward. Additional incidents during an active AMC cost 10,000 MMK each. After free assistance expires, assistance without AMC costs 15,000 MMK per incident.
Bug fixes and hours
Confirmed CounterNest software defects are fixed without extra charge during the six-month included bug-fix period or an active AMC. These fixes do not consume the six assistance incidents. Working days, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Myanmar Time, excluding public holidays. Immediate resolution is not guaranteed.
Excluded work and transfers
Hardware, printers, networks, operating systems, data entry/recovery, new features, visits and license transfers are excluded from AMC. Fees and scope are agreed before work begins. First license transfer is free; each transfer from the second costs 10,000 MMK.
In-person assistance
Available within Yangon only when online assistance cannot resolve the issue. First visit is free. Later visits incur location-based transportation charges capped at 30,000 MMK per visit.
Backups and data
Buyers must back up daily and keep a copy outside the original device. Backup/Restore instructions are provided. Recovery cannot be guaranteed after device failure, viruses, browser/app data deletion or missing backups. Assistance with restoring a usable backup is available.
